The room was clean, no marks, dust, well presented and had all the amenities we required. "Lovely stay, beautiful hotel and excellent service from all staff! Lacked a lit mirror dressing area which in a room with only small velux windows made it quite difficult to get ready for our event. No vanity counter in the bathroom either so again difficult to actually get ready. (Rm 314)"

"Interior design of the hotel is superb - clearly a lot of thought (and money) invested in the revamp. The only let down was the shambolic bar service -35 minutes waiting for a drink order to appear. The spa is amazing (although the staff on the desk could smile a bit more). The outdoor/indoor thermal pool is sensational"
