"I’ve stayed there a number of times due to the fact that it’s so close to the airport. It’s right across the street. The property is nice and check in and check out go pretty quickly."

"This is an excellent place to stay. It’s very clean and modern. The location is lovely and near to lots of cafes, bars and handy shops like a health and beauty store to get essentials, like toiletries. I was a bit disappointed at first as everything was great but the room had two single beds, rather than a double. The description said it had two singles but showed (in every picture) a double bed, leading me to assume it was two singles bolted together and topped with a double topper. I did mention it, and was told that basically it was my fault and it was “just a picture”. But then, in fairness, the lady I was speaking to pulled the stops out and arranged for someone to change the room to meet my expectations. It was sort of direct but helpful. She was quite honest and didn’t sugar coat anything, but meant well. I appreciated it. Even though I was essentially told it was my fault. I’d say maybe partially, but it is a bit misleading to show a double bed when it’s in reality two singles. But anyway, it was resolved which made me happy. The bar served very nice, professional cocktails. The girls in the coffee shop were always nice and pleasant. The staff were all nice, and I saw staff picking up little bits of litter outside. Things like cigarette butts. The attention to detail is impressive. On the last day, the one lady in the coffee shop grabbed me some biscuits to see me off. The room was also cleaned every single day. 10/10 - I’d highly recommend this hotel. "

"We stayed at the Sofitel Victoria Warsaw for three nights as a couple. Upon check in, we were pleasantly surprised to find out we had been upgraded from a regular King Room to a Superior King Room - lovely touch! The room itself was a good size and very quiet. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy - probably the best night's sleep I have had in a long time. The hotel is conveniently located from Old Town (a 5-10 minute walk). It is also close to the river where there is a good running/cycling route for those who fancy it. Another positive to add is that we emailed ahead of our check in to ask for a late check out due to a late night flight home and reception were happy to extend our check out until 4pm, free of charge. We opted to have drinks in the bar one evening instead of venturing into the city and we had a lovely, relaxed evening. The drinks were a reasonable price and service was excellent. Overall, a wonderful weekend in Warsaw and should we find ourselves in the city again, we would not hesitate to return to this hotel."
