"This was our second time staying at Bob and Terri’s cozy home atop the hill and it was just as amazing as the first stay. It was a quick trip for us but was comforting knowing exactly what our stay would be like and that everything we could need to have a comfortable stay was already in place. The hosts even treated us to Lancaster made whoopie pies, special homemade breads and granola bars. It even smelled so clean and welcoming when we walked in and there were vacuuming lines on the carpets...

"I traveled with my mother in law & sister in law. We stayed at this location for 6 days. The location is perfect! Upon entering the home you are immediately hit with a musty mold smell. I am allergic to mold & have asthma, immediately the itching & hives began. We were able to leave the back slider door open at times to help let fresh air in & help air the place out. We had to shut it at night as it was too cold. There is ceiling patch work done in the living room & bedrooms where it looks as...

"We Loved the house! There was plenty of space and the bedrooms were varied and comfortable. A lovey, large kitchen, comfortable living room, and lots of outdoor spaces for nice weather, which sadly, we did not have. The indoor hot tub/spa was a the highlight of the trip. We hardly left it. Sadly, we could not get the pool up to a comfortable temp, but hardly missed it. Owners were very responsive for any problems. We loved watching the animals. "We loved our stay. It was just what we needed to visit family while having our own space to come back to. Great location, super cute neighborhood "

"The service and communication was 5 star. We had a few issues, dishwasher busted a water pipe, then quit working a couple days later. All of the issues were handled immediately, and that all you can ask. Things happen. "

"Our crowd loved this house! We weren’t here much; we spent our days out and about, but it has loads of personality. Built in 1846 but it’s been modernized where it counts. There are three floors and most of the beds are on the top floor, with a great whirlpool tub. The only shower is on the bottom floor. The local cafe across the street was a nice touch. Hands down best part was the host was super responsive several times when I reached out, and very nice. Thanks for a great stay!"

"It was lovely and peaceful. It wasn't a high class, high tech rental but it had high quality appliances and amenities. The price was cheap and the house fit what we wanted perfectly for a 3 day getaway. Cute, quiet, peaceful, and cozy. It was cold, probably under 30 the entire stay. We enjoyed the hot tub many times. We will definitely return this summer to enjoy the pool and pond. "
