"Lovely small home located right on Lake Blackshear with a very nice fenced yard & a covered dock out back, sitting area and you can fish right from it. Although, we did take fishing equipment we did not fish so sadly no fishing report. The home is located in what I would call an upscale community. "The home was in a bad neighborhood. Lots of homeless people walking around which made us feel unsafe. Trash was left from previous renters. Home was very old and had a smell. Back door does not lock even with it being locked all you have to do is push door open. Trash left under beds. Home was dusty. Felt like i walked into a time capsule. "
