"Property was good. Lots of room. Furniture was a little dated but clean and comfortable beds . Budget accommodation that was reasonable. Suited our requirement. Lots of teenagers and a dog. Family fishing and beach trip. Don’t expect the ritz though and only one bathroom was difficult with a big family at times. Kitchen was clean and well equiped. Lots of room for two cars maybe more. No problems with bbq."

Just some things to suggest to improve on… provide enough dishwashing tablets for the time the guests are staying, make sure the doona covers are washed as one had white residue (similar to toothpaste), spider webs need to be cleaned. Underneath lounges were very dirty, which we would not normally notice but we had something roll under and had to move lounge and it was filthy underneath.
