"We rented the house for my son’s December 2024 graduation from Rolla S & T college. This house happens to be about half way from Branson and St Louis. Our family was able to meet for the graduation and our annual Christmas. The house was perfect. Decorated with tree for our presents. The kids loved the toys left by the owners. "Our family along with two other families stayed here for a quick fall getaway. It was the perfect location and size for our group of 11. It had everything we needed including an awesome large outdoor area. Beautiful scenery from the house. That and the amazing weather made it hard to pack up and leave on Sunday! While we were there we went to Heartland Farms in Bourbon. Highly recommend. We are already talking about coming back next year. Can't wait to see how the property progresses!"

"The property was very nice. It was still close to everything, but it was secluded. We had a great time. We loved the outdoor area that’s where we were most of the time, but the cabins were clean and the beds were comfortable, which is very nice. We also went to the river And spent a day out there twice, but we had a really good time"

"This property is so beautiful and peaceful. The owners really put so much thoughtful detail into this lodge - the stocked kitchen with a smores kit, bathrobes and slides to wear from the house to the hot tub, the themed decorations, games, hot tub, projector, I could go on and on. We did have a water pressure issue that made it very difficult to shower however, the issue was completely out of the owner's control. "The weather was bad the day we arrived but we where very happy with the way the cabin sat, privacy and just a really cute setup.
