"We arrived shortly before check in and our room wasn't ready and were asked to come back at 3 and it should be ready. It wasn't, but the clerk at the front desk upgraded us to a suite for the same rate to compensate us for the inconvenience. It was very much appreciated and unnecessary, I appreciate the level of dedication to getting us in a room after a long day of travel."

"Only thing a tornado warning sirens went off guest was asking for information about what to do and the receptionist or clerk said they didn’t know needed to call someone for information. I felt that their should have been some kind of emergency protocol "
