"The studio itself was great! Loved the location and the view was amazing. My children (19 & 21) really liked having their own space in the bunk room. The hot tub was not what I would call inviting - but overall a great stay. "The condo itself was beautiful with all amentities you could want. The problem is the property management company. You have to go offsite to get the keys, then the gates were not working and when I called twice they told me nothing wrong with gates and we ended up parking outside in Keystone parking lot and having to walk and carry our stuff I saw a handyman and he said gates were not working so they ended up sending someone to just leave gate open all weekend. "The owner of this place should update it if the want to rent it out. Couch so uncomfortable and ancient. This unit requires climbing 4 flights of stairs to get to it which isn't fun in the high altitude. There was a clubhouse with pool and spa but we didn't have time to use it. "

"Hotel was beautiful. Sectioned like condos, but you can buy in. Property and amenities were all clean and well taken care of. Wish main hotel had a bar or gathering place for adults, but did have some prescheduled activities. Convenient to use the shuttle service and easy to use free bus service for area. Check-in and out very easy and well detailed. Wish we could have stayed longer. "
