"Wir waren schon mehrmals in Roquebrun und kennen eine Reihe von Häusern dort. Dieses hier ist klar unter den besten. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig; es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer im Hauptgebäude mit einem "richtigen" Doppelbett und einem Bett mit 1,60m; im selben Zimmer ist noch ein Einzelbett. In beiden Schlafzimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet; eine Salatschüssel wäre schön und eine Ordnungsmöglichkeit für die Töpfe und Pfannen (Regal o.ä.). "We found the house easily and it was exactly as described - a lovely house and pool in well tended private gardens. Philippe was there to welcome us and although he doesn't speak much English and I don't speak much French, he explained all that we needed to know without too much difficulty. The house is very comfortable with a very well equipped modern kitchen and a wide array of garden furniture to suit all requirements. There was also a covered outdoor dining area if we wanted to eat outside....

"House was clean and well equipped. Pool and hot tub great . Beds comfy. Only issue was anyone walking upstairs was very loud downstairs..so overnight quite disturbing to everyone. "We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful villa. The pool is amazing, and what a fabulous view from the terrace we will definitely miss that! The check in process was very straightforward and helpful. The area is stunning and there is lots to do if you like walking, cycling or canoeing. Day trips to Béziers and Carcassonne are also possible. The shop in the village is also worth a mention, it’s amazing and has everything you will need. Definitely 10/10."

"Thank you Nigel for making our stay so wonderful. The house was fantastic and it is in a lovely village. Would thoroughly recommend. "

"Property exterior was quite run down-also had dilapidated farm building attached. The interior does not match the exterior at all. We only found out a week before we travelled that there was a hire charge of 20 euro per room for bedding for stays of 7 days or less, had to pay 60 euro more on arrival for our 7 night stay . This is omitted from property details, I think this charge is outrageous. On positive note- the defective oven was replaced in 2 days and Pierre`s wine is excellent."

Wonderful house, we loved everything about it

"Fantastic spacious house for our group, especially enjoyed the fantastic pool and BBQ area. Beautiful part of France, lots of options (hiking, beaches, city visits etc). So good to have A/C in the bedrooms as it was very hot during our stay. "
