"We used this lovely property as a base for our trip to Paris. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and could have held more. Loved the convenience to the subway which made exploration around the city simple! Would come back without hesitation. "

"Our stay at Tea & Chill was everything we hoped for. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We really enjoyed our relaxing meal on the balcony overlooking the well kept garden. The off street parking was convenient. Everything was true to the pictures and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again."

"This was the perfect spot to be. So close to everything you want to do. Easy taxi ride from the airport. There is a great boulangerie and Carrefour just around the corner. Thankful for the black out curtains as it didn't get dark till almost 10:00. The noise from the children in the school next door was not a problem as I was out most of the day. "We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and beauty of our cute apartment. Although it was an adventure to navigate to get to the center of Paris, we were lucky that we got to stay in a safe, family oriented neighborhood that offered a lot of amenities nearby within a short, walking distance, such as a supermarket, a pharmacy, and some great little stores. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would suggest this location to anyone who wants to be able to get away from the tourist scene. ....

"We were a family group of 6 adults and the house suited us perfectly. It is a lovely house, very well equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal for Paris sightseeing. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower. For everything else the Metro is just round the corner. It is in a nice residential area with plenty of cafés and shops. "

"This was our second time staying at this property. Last time was August of 2019. Nine cyclists who did Paris Brest Paris ride. We would recommend this area, property and owners without hesitation to everyone considering staying here. You will not be disappointed."

"I stayed here three nights with my two children. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The two kids were able to share the sofa bed fairly comfortably (they are 9 and 10) lengthwise across the bed. We were on the top floor and had a partial view of the Eiffel Tower which was wonderful to see at night.
