"The hosts live at one end of the property and are so kind, even baking an amazing cake as a welcome gift. They provided everything you would need for your stay and the games room was brilliant. We stayed for a week and had an amazing time. "Cannot argue the place is stunning, but arrived there and the host was very rude stating Expedia had only booked for 2 adults even after i showed the booking in French from La ferme de la Gronde that it was 2 adults and 2 kids. After 2 hrs of debate and now at 8pm in the evening we were offered the old dining room and a 3rd floor bedroom not the room we booked. "The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."
