"From the photographs we were expecting something a lot nicer...our greeting by the cleaner Monika and our conversation with the owner was most pleasant but sadly the property is in dire need of a facelift, it's barely furnished or equipped, the front gate was a nightmare to lock (entire gate is out of alignment), barbeque lid handle was broken, ditto hinge on one of the toilet seats..the restful sound of the cicadas was drowned out by the yelling of the neighbours and one had to drive...

"This was a beautiful property. There is lots of space, everything you need nearby, beautiful pool, very safe, excellent and helpful hosts. Two families stayed comfortably. Only issue was a weak wifi signal. Otherwise perfect vacation spot. Thank you Didier!"

From restaurant recommendations to answering questions, they are very responsive. The location is great, a 20 minute walk or a few minute drive from St. Paul de Vence. Grocery store is very close.
