Beautiful apartment / on the beach, MINT, contemporary, very clean, very bright, beautifully decorated, feet in the water, Great comfort / Lift rare Exceptional View and 180 ° on the Mediterranean Sea, on the Islands Golden (Island Levant- Ile de Port-Cros, Porquerolles), and the beautiful Var coast and the Massif des Maures.
- It is located on the 3rd floor of a residence that has 4 floors.
- This beautiful 3 bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 7 people + 1 baby ..
- It is spacious and very bright, furnished and decorated with great taste and care.
- Note: since March 2015, our apartment is equipped with a Wi-Fi connection, free and unlimited.
- It consists of 3 bedrooms, each with: wardrobe and cupboard, (no bed is superimposed);
- an independent kitchen, with a beautiful sea view also, fully equipped, (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob 4 burners, hood, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker + a BOSCH coffee maker for TASSIMO capsules , fridge with freezer compartment etc...)
- a bathroom with shower very spacious (so-called Italian), with washing machine .
- Independent suspended toilets .
- La Terrasse exposed: East / South / West, with a full sea view at 180 ° on the Mediterranean Sea, is located directly on the beach of Le Lavandou, where you can see the Golden Islands (Ile du Levant , Port Cros and Porquerolles). It is equipped with a garden, consisting of a table of 7 chairs and 2 recliners - Its location and exposure are rare and exceptional. Our terrace is also equipped with an electric awning.

The view is stunning. Enjoyed walking around the area. The apartment, especially the kitchen, was well appointed. We would have liked linens, towels and toilet paper. Finding the apartment and getting in is more onerous than it needs to be. The grounds are unkempt.

Endroit idéal pour des vacances en famille
Nous avons passés une merveilleuse semaine au Lavandou! Le condo est situé à quelques pas du village Bormes-les-Mimomas que nous avons adorés. Plage directement en bas du condo. Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. De notre côté petit hic; pas de serviettes, ni de linge à vaisselle. Nous voyagons en sac à dos alors nous avons dû aller acheter du matériel. N'hésitez pas réserver cet appartement, la vue est magnifique et il fait toujours beau!

Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement et à la bonne saison.
L'appartement est impeccable, propre, spacieux pour 3, bien équipé, bien placé et bien orienté (Est, soleil le matin). La vue sur mer et le port de Bormes est imprenable sans route ou autre nuisance entre l'immeuble et la mer. Il serait toutefois difficile d'imaginer y séjourner à plus de 4. Enfin, malgré l'exposition favorable l'absence de climatisation pourrait être un souci l'été...

Eine wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung, gut möbliert und ausgestattet. Matratzen ausgezeichnet, fantastischer Blick, komplett und großzügig ausgestattete Küche. Alle Geräte neu und funktionstüchtig. Eine Wohnung in der man sich von der ersten Minute an wohlfühl. Einziges Manko: der Zugang zum Haus. Schlecht beleuchtet, über Treppen, die von Büschen überwuchert sind. Schwierig bei nächtlicher Anreise. Die Eigentümer ausgesprochen nett und immer sofort ansprechbar.

Superschöne Wohnung
Wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer von der Terrasse. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Nur wenige Meter bis Bormes, ein wirklich schönes Örtchen mit netten Restaurants.

Très bel appartement au bord de l'eau avec des levers de soleil fabuleux et toutes les facilités pour des vacances sans soucis. L'absence de jardin est plus que compensée par la plage juste devant la porte. Les commerces locaux rendent la voiture assez superflue. Pour les enfants, il y a tout ce que chacun peut désirer. La propriétaire maîtrise parfaitement l'organisation. En bref, tout est parfait !

Très bel appartement à la vue époustouflante !
Un très bel appartement bien agencé, décoré, fonctionnel et à l’ambiance très sympa. Très spacieux. La vue est à couper le souffle (immeuble quasiment les pieds dans l’eau) et le bacon très agréable. Le lever du soleil (balcon orienté est) est incroyable ! Rien ne manque en mobilier, matériels et ustensiles. La localisation est parfaite, à la limite de Bormes-les-Mimosas. Nous y étions d’ailleurs le soir en sortie. Et bien que la ville soit animée, les festivités ne perdurent pas après minuit. Nuits calmes. La circulation côté chambres est très raisonnable, nous avons toujours bien dormi. Seul bémol, le bout de la plage de l’Anglade est autorisée aux chiens, côté port (a priori le seul endroit autorisé du coin). Ainsi, nous avons subi les aboiements intempestifs de beaucoup de chiens de 07h du matin à 22h environ (grande résonance sur toute la plage). Dommage….

Urlaub fürs Auge!
Die Ankunft war schwierig ,weil weder das Auto-Navi noch Google Maps die vom Vermieter angegebene Adresse gefunden haben. Das Zahlenschloss der Schlüssel Box ist hakelig und lässt sich auch bei richtiger Code-eingabe nur mit viel Gefühl und Tricks öffnen. Der erste Eindruck der Wohnung war etwas trist, woran wohl die Tagesdecken, die schon bessere Tage gesehen haben, und der dunkelweiße Wand-anstrich schuld sind. Es hellt sich alles auf, sobald man die schönen Kunstwerke an der Wand und vor allem den einmaligen Rundumblick vom Balkon über den Ort Le Lavandou am Fuße des Maurenmassivs und den Sportboothafen des Nachbarortes Bormes-les-mimosas sowie die Insel Île du Levant wahrnimmt. Der geräumige Balkon bildet das Sahnehäubchen und lädt zum steten Verweilen und Schauen ein: Urlaub fürs Auge! Die mit einem Elektromotor angetriebene Markise ist sehr praktisch. Leider haben Tauben das Gestänge als ihren bevorzugten Ruheplatz entdeckt. Tägliches Wegputzen von Vogelkot von Balkon, Esstisch und Sitzmöbeln gehört daher dazu. Wer heimischen Sauberkeitsstandard will, tut gut daran, zunächst alles Geschirr und Besteck zu spülen, und auch die Schubläden in Schränken und Kommoden zu entstauben oder auszulegen. Die Küche ist kompakt und sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet, hell, mit modernen Geräten. Bei technischen oder organisatorischen Problemen ist der Vermieter per Email jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sprachverständnis oder Übersetzungs-App erforderlich! Man ist schnell am Strand, wenn man den versteckten Fußweg gefunden hat. Der Sand am Strand ist grobkörnig. Das sagenhafte Panorama über das azurblaue Meer von der Wohnung aus ist absolut topp!
