"Room is comfortable, the view is fantastic. We rent skiing gears in the store cross the street, the sports owner is nice and professional. We have breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it is good and delicious. Recommend."

"The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"

"Very nice discovery with the big sky hotel! Friendly staff, great vibe, nice reception area with games like pool and video games to hang out, free snack around 4pm, ski shop in the hotel with very friendly staff - we enjoyed our 3 days of skiing! The only thing is we were on the ground floor and our room was slightly cold so next time I would ask for a room on another floor. The pool and spa area was a great plus when coming back from a day of skiing. You have to take the car to go skiing but that did not bother us since we wanted to try different areas around chamonix. Fully recommend!!"
