"The staff were very nice and informative! So friendly! You’d think that being in a different building might be unsafe or inconvenient because the front desk is not there but none of that applied! Felt very safe and they had the QR code to reach the front desk. The only thing is that I couldn’t call room to room (our phones were not compatible) so it’d be nice if there was a phone line within the rooms. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay, I would def go again and recommend this place!...

"I arrive very late at night and had no complications checkin in. Breakfast was really good with a good variety of options. My first time in Paris and everyone was really polite and talk English and Spanish and where nice about it that really helped a lot. Rooms are good and clean. 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Over all I would stay there again. It made me feel safe and welcome. "

"We missed our first night stay because our train from Zurich had technical problems. Although I did not get a reply from the emails I sent them to let them know of the delay, I asked that a packed breakfast be prepared for us. We were welcomed with a bag full of freshly baked delicious croissants and other pastries complete with assorted spreads, as soon as we arrived at past 11:00 am the next morning. "The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. They had a place to store our luggage for early arrival. The room was big and clean. Hotel is in a safe area, close to metro, shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. There was heat and air. No USB plugs so bring your adapter. Breakfast was excellent! I’m still dreaming of those croissants we had!! Highly recommend!"
