"The location of the apartments is perfect - a quick and easy walk to the train/bus station, old town and lake. We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"

"The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail. "Everything about the hotel itself was excellent, the property felt very new and clean, rooms were a good size and well equipped. The spa was also very clean and although small, was never too busy, and was separate to the main pool so for those looking for a little more quiet, it was for over 16s only. "2 Grand parents 3 grand children We took the appartment for 12 !! # brilliant - bike rides ,tennis,walking, Sunset Beach Restaurant a short drive lovely staff even better food at extremely reasonable prices The only problem was the outdoor pool ( open until 30 Sept) was closed And rthe uindoor pool- open all year round was also closed A big disappointment for the kids -a bit less so for me !!"

"When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

"Séjour agréable. Résidence propre, équipement simple mais suffisant, sauna et piscine étaient fermés à cause du Covid lors de notre séjour. Résidence située en plein centre de ND de bellecombe. Boulangerie, alimentation générale, boucherie, traiteur et pistes accessibles à pieds. Parkings à proximité mais vite complets. Accueil sympathique du personnel. "

" A notre arrivée, que nous avions avertie être tardive, l appartement qui devait être laissé ouvert était fermé. Arrivés de nuit, avec un brouillard épais, nous sommes arrivés par l'arrière du batiment , où il y a d'autres résidences. Pas d'indication de la réception qui se trouve de l'autre côté de notre batiment, donc pas de contact visible. Après 3/4 heures dans le froid et les chutes de neige, grâce à une cliente, qui vivait la même mésaventure, on a pu appeler la gardienne. En nous...

"This is a quirky French alpine hotel. Each apartment had a different configuration. We had four different apartments and three were well suited for families. One was a bit difficult to manage with doors opening into each other and sloping root line over the beds. Unlike most hotels you are responsible for making your bed, getting linens and towels downstairs when you depart, and supplying paper towels etc. which for us was not a problem. "The apartment and the service were great. We left after 3 days and returned for 3 more nights. The only concern we have is a security issue. The main door is accessed by a code that remains the same and there is no option to lock the door from the inside. We had an incident were 3 individuals have entered the apartment unauthorized. We have talked to the manager regarding this and he said that they will change the mechanism. If they will fix this security concern we will highly recommend this...
