"We were delighted with the house and pool at La Calvetie. The house was well appointed with everything you need for a family holiday. The garden was large with plenty of space for children to play, the pool was a good size with lots of sun loungers and the Boules court was used every night. The house manager was on call to help out with any little problems. Highly recommended."

"This farmhouse is fantastic in a beautiful location surrounded by some lovely woodland that can be explored. The house itself has lots of space and has lots of living areas downstairs. It has lots of books and toys for the kids. It has everything you need if you are staying with young children. The pool is superb, warm and big we spent everyday in there. It is a drive to the supermarket but worth it for the secluded location."

"Wir haben hier eine sehr angenehme kurze Ferienwoche verbracht. Der Ausblick ist wirklich einmalig schön. Die Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen und die Ausstattung war gut Ein paar ältere Gartenstühle könnten mal erneuert werden. Stéphanie ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der kleine Supermarkt im Ort ist gar nicht schlecht und man kann sogar in 5-10 Minuten hinlaufen."

After we'd paid for the gite the owner contacted us for €300 cash deposit, and told us about additional electricity charges per day. There was no mention of this on VRBO, so the owner waived the charge. We arrived at 4pm on a Sunday and immediately had to find a supermarket as no basics/welcome pack was provided e.g bread,...
