"This is a lovely building in a great location! Thank you for letting us enter so late. Staying here really made our night great after experiencing a horrible flight delay. "This hotel is great locationwise if you have a late flight and just need to rest for the night. The price is very reasonable, the bed is comfortable, and extra folding beds are available. Room is clean and receptionist was available for us at midnight. There is a set of stairs to the rooms. There is no actual breakfast, just a coffee machine. You have to buy breakfast from a shop a few yards from the hotel. "

The location is good, walking distance to the train station, because I did day trips to the nearby little towns by train. "Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Well located for ferry port and train station, with tram to both for the less energetic. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. "We loved our stay at Villa Margherita from beginning to end. The on-site caretaker, Natale, was as helpful and generous as the other reviews captured, without being intrusive in the slightest. We used the pool daily, walked down into town for pastries and shopping, and were even treated to a pasta-making class by Chef Nanni, who lives up the hill. And those views! You build your day around sunrise and sunset because you don't want to miss them."
