"exactly as advertised! host was communicative and super helpful. house was perfect!"

"Hot tub was a plus, kitchen lacked appropriate utensils, if you need knives to cut meat bring some with you! Floors covered in dog hair, was unaware until placed dirty clothes on floor and instantly covered in dog hair. Had to ask about cleaning supplies as we were there 2 weeks! The big issue is securtiy we had a strange man walk throught there cunstruxtion zone straight into the master bedroom and stood and stared at my husband for over 2 min until my husband relized he was being watched....

"You walk in the front door and WOW! Everything is beautiful and luxurious, but comfy and homey. Easily comparable to 5-star hotels only so much better! "The cabin was the perfect place to stay for the last two nights of a month long vacation in Alaska. It was clean, the shower hot, the bed comfortable and on last morning Mama Moose and yearling spent 45 minutes browsing around the cabin. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in Palmer."

"We have taken Alaska trips for the past four years. This place was a cheaper option for a solo trip to look at real estate. Wow, very impressive. I wish we found this place earlier. Central location, value, size, cleanliness, great host, and all the immentiies. If the house deal falls through we will be back."

"We enjoyed staying at the Black Bear Abode. House was clean and very inviting. Heads up though, there are no washcloths and only a couple of towels in each bathroom. Also, we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some. Beds were very soft and pillows were very thin. Just expected more for the cost we psid. "

"We showed up late, around midnight. It was cold, freezing, and windy. We weren’t sure which of the two bungalows we got, so that could have been better communicated to us, but we luckily guessed right. The door code worked right away, and it was easy to get in. Nice and cozy warmth inside with a cute fire stove. Really felt like a beautiful safe haven in the midst of that little blizzard. Everything about this place is perfect. "We loved our stay at this property. The home was lovely, clean and very accommodating. Traveling in from Florida, we really appreciated all the extras the home included. We had access to the entire home, there was plenty of room & everyone was very comfortable. I would definitely rent this home again!"

"It's a great property. It's remote and relaxing yet not too far from town. Accommodates a lot of people easily with privacy. We have stayed here twice, and definitely will again when we're in the area. Kate is great to work with. "

"Me and my wife thought the room was really nice and cute. The only thing I would do is I seen a bicycle behind the building where we parked that just might want to be picked up and thrown away besides that everything was great loved it will definitely come back again. "

Cabin By The Lake centrally located, full kitchen, washer & dryer

"The location of the cabin was very easy to navigate and was in a quiet area. Haley, the host was the kindest person. Greatest communication and willingness to help when needed. The cabin itself is just outright adorable. Extremely clean and provided the basics for coffee and breakfast if needed. The bed was super comfortable and the temperature of cabin was comfortable. It felt very homey, safe and quiet. I most certainly will be looking to book with Haley again in the future and look forward to staying there again. It was absolutely worth it. "

"Excellent customer service. She helped me change my reservation 3 times as my plans abruptly changed. This is a nice Motel, it was clean and warm. Like most motels the buildings were cheaply made. But is is comfortable and convenient. I did not see anyone my reservation and door keys were saved for me in an envelope. "

Unique & Imaginative: Time Traveler's B&B in Downtown Palmer

Absolutely amazing experience!

"The Time Traveler's B&B was hands down the most fun and interesting stay we've had to date. We especially appreciated the Doctor Who decor as we're huge fans of the series.Our host graciously prepared coffee for us each morning as well as a wonderful variety of breakfast foods. Everything was comfy, clean and totally amazing. Thanks for such a great stay!"
