The unit layout is modern inside a historic building with a view of the arena and the delightful Osteria Puntara just around the corner. We chose the shated bath on the recommendation of one of the earlier guests and were do pleased with the large and beautful bath that was on site. "Communications prior to arrival regarding the check-in procedure were thorough and clear. Location is central, you can’t get anymore central than it! Room was comfortable. Residenza was on a one way street so best to drop your luggage off on the way up the hill to the parking area. Person who checked us in was nice & friendly, but spoke almost no English."

The property was in an incredible area; loads of places to eat between cafes and restaurants, shopping of all kinds surrounding, easy short walks to any of the local sightseeing. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful, the communication before checkin was extremely helpful and they offered us early check in for no fee when we got there early and tired from our long train ride there. Our room was spacious, well supplied, very clean and exceptionally comfortable....
