"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Not sure what the parking lot wasn't plowed though? We had lots of snow and it wasn't plowed from Monday through to Wednesday. Also not a major problem, but the toilet paper is rough. We love this hotel and have been guests there many times over the years."

"We checked in on Jan 2 and there were gingerbread decorations and a hot chocolate station in the main entrance. Our kids were over the moon. The pool was very clean and the water was very warm. It opened late so we were able to use it after dinner. Another pleasant surprise was the free laundry facility. We didn't need it this time but it would come in handy for longer stays. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. We would come back again in the future. "
