"We spent Christmas at this wonderful home in rural Pennsylvania, and it was perfect for our family. With 8 adults, 6 kids, and a dog, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, yet the common spaces were spacious enough for us to all gather together comfortably. The kitchen was very well appointed, making it easy to prepare holiday meals.The basement was a great space for the kids to play and enjoy themselves, giving the adults some quiet time. "We stayed at Laceyville to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. We had a great time and the house handled all 10 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs without feeling too squishy. Cindy was a wonderful host! She left some local treats for us on the table on arrival and gave us some recommendations for activities in the area. She is very responsive and checked on us via message multiple times throughout our stay. When my grandma thought she forgot her laptop behind Cindy offered to go look for it and...

"This property is new and clean. We were happy with the flexibility of the host and the comfort of the home. The only downside, as others have mentioned, was the nasty sulfur smell of the water. It also has a slimy feel. If you can get past that, the place is perfect! Rich is responsive to questions and was flexible with our needs as we were bringing a baby for the holiday weekend. . "
