"This property clearly has somebody who lives there when it's not rented out and minimal preparations are done to accommodate the guests as far as the resident putting their stuff away. The house is in need of repair and has several items that are not operational or broken. The whole house smells dank like mildew or mold. "We had a wonderful time at the property. The hosts are nearby, but give you your space. The house overlooks the farm store and the farm. It was nice to sit on the large porch and look out in the fields and see the goats in the distance and the piggies and the beautiful horse, Spirit.
