"This was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving family reunion. The property managers were great in communicating, the space was the perfect size, the pool table was a huge hit, we will definitely return."

"We booked for Thanksgiving weekend (Wed-Sun) 2024. We were arriving with my wife and I, my 93-yr-old mother, our daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters and our son. We alternate Thanksgiving and Christmas with our kids (because of the other set of grandparents). The house looked like it would be a perfect fit: one level, great bedroom layout and nice living area. We had a couple of last-minute glitches on our end of the booking that were quickly, easily and satisfactorily resolved by the property manager (Evolve) and the owner. There was a phone number to contact in case we needed anything or something was broken. We did not need to call. When we arrived, we found the home exactly as portrayed in the listing. It was comfortable, clean and had every amenity we could ask for. There were plenty of linens (with a massive amount of extra towels in the laundry room. The beds were very comfortable. There was a good selection of spices on site as well as plenty of dish and silverware, pots and pans. The kitchen is part of a great room layout and the dishwasher was VERY quiet. The refrigerator was huge and there was even a spare refrigerator (also huge) in the garage. The neighborhood was quiet. The bbq worked great. Our kids and grands used the hot tub and enjoyed it. On our last day, knowing we would be asked to write a review, I polled the family about anything that wasn't up to par. There was nothing. My 93-yr-old mom said "I want to come back here next time!""

"Wow! Great vacation home conveniently located in Sunriver--tucked away yet close to amenities. Lots of family fun to be had here year round. The home has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay from the beautiful gas fireplace to the clean hot tub to the updated kitchen and bath and open living room. We hope to be back soon! "

"Had a terrifically relaxing autumn week at this property in Sunriver. Close to amenities in Sunriver and Bend. House was very clean and well kept, and perfect for pets with a nice little dog run - our two dogs really enjoyed as well."

"Not a bad house but could use a good cleaning and a few updates. One bed looked like it was not changed, as it had crumbs and hair in the sheets. The garage is filthy and the bikes need some repairs (seats are broken and handle bars are missing ends and are bent). The entry way window had large cobwebs. The oven is also problematic, as the knobs on the cooktop get fiery hot when using the oven, and they are also very sensitive (we used the towel on the bar and put it back, and it started the flow of gas to spark the burner) so if you smell gas, be sure to check the knobs. The Sharc passes were great and the house has potebtual . "

"We had an excellent stay. The entire house was spotless. All the cooking utensils that we could need they had ready along with a lot of seasonings and spices if we forgot. The rooms were very comfortable and perfectly appointed. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Thank you!"

"Everything about this house was perfect for us. We loved that the kitchen was stocked with an excellent selection of pots, pans, baking dishes, cooking utensils. We had brought several kitchen items with us not knowing what would be there, but it was almost like being home. We ended up not needing the items we had brought. The property management was very responsive. There was no gas in the grill tank when we arrived, and they brought a replacement within an hour. The pilot light was out on the fireplace, and they were there within 30 minutes. There was a leak at the base of one of the toilets, and they were there immediately and had it fixed in 25 minutes. The beds were comfortable, there was a nice selection of games and videos, and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to watch TV or just hang out. The hot tub was my grandson's favorite place to be. The walking/biking trails were amazing, and the daily visits of deer in the back yard just a foot off the deck was so exciting. The house was just a 7 minute bike ride from the village which was really convenient. We will definitely be returning and will rent this house again."
