"Had a terrifically relaxing autumn week at this property in Sunriver. Close to amenities in Sunriver and Bend. House was very clean and well kept, and perfect for pets with a nice little dog run - our two dogs really enjoyed as well."

"Everything we wanted, family reunion open kitchen, dining room & into the living room, we relaxed in comfort, we spent a fantastic time together, with all 3 rooms connected but open we can visit, bedrooms were perfect beds amazingly comfy, we were there in between seasons, houses are not next to each other, this house was the perfect location. The store about mile & half away carries a lil everything, the village about 10 min drive has nice shops to visit, the kitchen was absolutely perfect, has everything you need to make a gourmet meal, an easy meal or baking your favorite deserts, only downfall the upstairs has to AC units both plugged in will cause a circuit breaker to pop & no central air — would definitely stay at again, absolutely beautiful house "

"Not a bad house but could use a good cleaning and a few updates. One bed looked like it was not changed, as it had crumbs and hair in the sheets. The garage is filthy and the bikes need some repairs (seats are broken and handle bars are missing ends and are bent). The entry way window had large cobwebs. The oven is also problematic, as the knobs on the cooktop get fiery hot when using the oven, and they are also very sensitive (we used the towel on the bar and put it back, and it started the flow of gas to spark the burner) so if you smell gas, be sure to check the knobs. The Sharc passes were great and the house has potebtual . "

"We had an excellent stay. The entire house was spotless. All the cooking utensils that we could need they had ready along with a lot of seasonings and spices if we forgot. The rooms were very comfortable and perfectly appointed. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Thank you!"

"Great for our family of 6 with enough room to spread out. Had all the kitchen equipment we needed, bikes and even used one of the kayaks. The patio was lovely. Might stay there again! "

"This home was near perfect for our large group of 16. There was plenty of room to not feel crowded. Between the 2 floors, and 5 bedrooms we could all spread out or be together.the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Hot tub was a good size, clean and worked well. The only thing I'd reccomend is adding some beach towels for heading to the SHARC or for uae with the hot tub. Tons of loaner bikes in the garage, mostly adult sized but a couple kids bikes as well. The house is towards the North end of Sunriver so a bit of a treck to get to SHARC and the town but it seems like most of the larger homes are in the same area. We'd definitely stay here again! . "

"Everything about this house was perfect for us. We loved that the kitchen was stocked with an excellent selection of pots, pans, baking dishes, cooking utensils. We had brought several kitchen items with us not knowing what would be there, but it was almost like being home. We ended up not needing the items we had brought. The property management was very responsive. There was no gas in the grill tank when we arrived, and they brought a replacement within an hour. The pilot light was out on the fireplace, and they were there within 30 minutes. There was a leak at the base of one of the toilets, and they were there immediately and had it fixed in 25 minutes. The beds were comfortable, there was a nice selection of games and videos, and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to watch TV or just hang out. The hot tub was my grandson's favorite place to be. The walking/biking trails were amazing, and the daily visits of deer in the back yard just a foot off the deck was so exciting. The house was just a 7 minute bike ride from the village which was really convenient. We will definitely be returning and will rent this house again."
