The location next to Columbia skytrain station was a bit of a mixed bag. It's very easy to get downtown. It takes about 40 minutes to get to waterfront Station. On the other hand, the SkyTrain runs behind the hotel. They've invested in good windows, though, so although you can hear it it's not...

"It was a good stay. I had a beautiful view of the mountains. The room was really nice. The only reason i docked one star for comfort was because all of the pillows were too hard. "
