"This house was great for three couples. Three bedrooms. One big full bathroom with another bathroom with a toilet, which was perfect to have. Kitchen was equipped plus the outdoor grill. There were a few spices so when we cooked we didn’t have to purchase. The hot tub is excellent way to end the night. As far as location, we loved the private space being outside of town. There looked like there was a vegetable stand around the corner but we didn’t end up needing to stop. We did two day trips...

"Overall, our three generations of family enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for the eight of us to spread out or be together, as desired. Everyone raved about the comfortable beds and bedding. We found the kitchen to be very well stocked. It was a pleasure to cook meals for a big crowd. "I have nothing negative to say about this property. They have thoughtfully equipped the house with everything you could possibly need. The hot tub is a bonus and we used it to watch for the Northern Lights every night. All communication before and after arrival was answered very quickly. The setting is gorgeous along the banks of a river, a view enjoyed through the large glass windows. I would highly recommend this property even though it's a bit of a drive from the city. "A fantastic place to stay, and a brilliant base for the sights of south Iceland. Friendly staff and the room itself had everything you could need for the price, plus a little bit more. Had to use the spare duvet as a pillow, as I like a firm pillow, but that's more personal preference."
