First the Pros, Great location, clean, spacious one bedroom apartment, clean, comfy bed, full kitchen. The cons, No English speaking at front security guard. "Spent 3 days in Santiago and found Ismael was perfect for my stay. It's in a great part of town (Lastarria) so you're where the action if you're interested. Short walk to bars/restaurants. Pretty much ideally located. Room perfectly adequate and clean. Staff brilliant and helpfully looked after bags as was early for check in. Pool on the small side but great for relax. You can't be swimming in it as such. Would defo be back to ismael if ever in Santiago "

"We wanted a place to rest and take a shower before our flight at 0300 ub the morning. The room did not have heat. Thus no shower. We slept and left after midnight or so. We were so locked in we would never get out in casa of a fire.. A cold room and no shower. We were disappointed on two fronts."
