"Some of the rooms are very isolated and the pillows are very uncomfortable to sleep with. The staff were quick and helpful and I liked the nice breakfast included. While the area is not the most charming one it is practical as it’s very close to downtown. "

"Late arrival around 1am but Miguel Angel at front desk was super welcoming and knowledgeable. I was impressed with to h that kind of welcome so late at night. Great location to go to the Rastro on Sunday morning. Very close to metro and 24hr market and easy walk to Puerta del Sol"

"Lovely hostel in an excellent location. Convenient and close to major attractions. The lobby is inviting and hip. I would book here again when we return to Madrid. The quad room was tight for 4 adults but it’s fine. "
