"Staff was very quick to help. Food was delicious and varied. Many places outside the room to hang out. Coffee was weak and rooms were a bit cold. Staff was quick with extra blankets and a space heater. Gym did not open until 10 am. Earlier would have been better. "

"I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. "We spent new years here, was overall as the pictures showed (fairly small, but we weren’t really spending a lot of time here other than sleeping).We spent a lot of time in Adeje, which was a little difficult to get to at times (we didn’t get a rental car because rates were insane for new years) "

"This is a place we have been coming to for several yeas, and we would always try to come here every trip to Tenerife. From the cleaners to the receptionists and those working in the bar they are all extremely friendly and helpful. We are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of holiday makers to have a very relaxing break evey ime we come. Keep it up :)"

"Really enjoyed our second stay at the hotel. We first went in October 2024 when the weather was really hot but in April 2025 it was on the cooler side and bit breezier poolside. But as expected, the room and sea view as well as the staff were brilliant. Friendly, professional service in all aspects including during the super busy breakfast buffet service. The only disappointing aspect was the quite brusque and slow service we received at El Mirador one evening for dinner. Would definitely return. "

Long weekend away

"Only stayed for one night due to our flight being cancelled but what an excellent hotel this is. Easy check in greeted with a Prosecco, reception staff welcoming friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and wow what a view. Was booked in for breakfast and lots of choice and the food was fresh warm and tasty. Cannot really fault this hotel."
