"After renting the entire property with the confirmation that it would be just my family in the house and on the 2 acre grounds- The owner omitted that she lives at the property with her five dogs, that are inside and outside dogs. No security for your stuff once in the house, no locks on the bedroom doors. Owner had invited over a dozen of her personal friends to celebrate the New Year- she had done this without our knowledge. "The staff were all amazing. Some speak english as well as spanish. The facilities and hotel are clean and we felt safe. The location is great, close to many things. The street is a little loud being in the city but slept well with ear plugsand eye covers. It the room could use a little updating but overall a great value for the orice! The property itself is very noce. Lots of expats live here. "
