"This is a hard one because we've stayed in many 5 star rentals and this one just didn't measure up. Toilet ring. Ant infestation. No pots big enough to make a large batch of both spaghetti and sauce. No blender. No stools for the eat-at counter. All of our other rentals were so much better. Host was friendly and helpful but somehow it just didn't suit us."

However, we made the mistake of not renting (you have to have a private car to enter the gated community) a 4-wheel drive vehicle. This place NEEDS one even to just get up the driveway. "This resort is a fabulous place to unwind and relax! The grounds are very clean and well kept, plus it is very secure behind a gated driveway. Parking is included, which isn’t always the case. We spent many days sitting by the incredible pool which was always the perfect temperature. The gym is well equipped for those days you want to move a little bit before hitting the pool. Onsite laundry is a big bonus. Our rental unit, D2, was very comfortable. The AC worked very well, which is important...

"House was very clean. Enjoyed the pool. Could use some maintenance, i.e. master shower head needs cleaning. It sprayed many directions. I would invest in replacing missing screens. We didn't open windows to experience the natural breeze because we didn't want to let insects in."

"The house worked well for our two families traveling together. There were plenty of comfortable beds. The bedrooms have air conditioning. The outdoor space was great. The kids enjoyed the pool, basketball hoop, pool table and ping pong table. Benito was very helpful with the house. We did have water issues but Benito took care of our issues. Overall the house had everything we needed but was very basis. We enjoyed our stay. "
