"It was our 4th. stay at the Golf Coronado building. We are golfers so that’s why we pick that location. On the 3 previous stays our apartment choices were the ones who had alliances with the golf course so the amount of payment to play there for a month was 300. Now, the golf course owners no longer honour that agreement so the cost was more than doubled. The other disappointment was that this year it was so much hotter to golf! "Just spent 10 nights at this property. Expectations fully met. Beach is a few feet away. Welcoming pool and social area. Furnishings, appliances, utensils were all adequate. Grocery, pharmacy and other stores are 7 mins. away. Environment conducive to a restful experience. Concierge was always available and helpful. WFI was strong, with coverage extending to the beach. No cable TV but YouTube, Peacock, Max and other apps over IP provided plenty of content. Would definitely book again."

The owner of the property has obviously put a great deal of time and thought into ensuring that everything you could possibly need during your stay is available for you. You have truly thought of everything. Right down to the smallest detail. Juan (the local property manager) was there to meet us upon arrival and ensured we were made aware of not just the condo (he walked us around Playa Serena) but everything about the local area....

"This unit is perfect. Beautiful ocean and beach views! Modern appliances with comfortable beds and furnishings. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Facility is secure with and wonderful pools and easy beach access. Includes a small restaurant and bar with reasonable prices and friendly staff. Host quickly responded to all our questions. Highly recommend 1007. Tips: go to gym early before it gets crowded and bring your own pickleball equip. "
