"The home is very comfortable and a great location between Montevideo and Punta del Este. The closest town is Piriapolis, about 7 minutes' drive and the beaches there are very nice. The beach at the home is also nice for sunbathing, but it's very rocky and not suitable for swimming. There are restaurants up and down the coast and one winery close by, Cerro Del Torro, that offers lunch and tasting. The other wineries are about 90 minutes' drive, and we explored a few of them during our stay. Our host Bruno was very friendly and responsive as well. I would highly recommend his home."

"Nuestra estadía en Montebello de 6 días fue una experiencia inolvidable. Un lugar único, hermoso, rodeado de vegetación hermosa, vistas hermosas, atardeceres espectaculares. El área de la piscina es hermosa. Pasamos mucho tiempo en la piscina y por supuesto en elÁrea de la parrilla que también es hermosa.Los caseros Alejandro y Magdalena , dos personas muy especiales que hicieron que hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera aún más especial. Mil gracias ! Nos vamos agradecidos y felices de haber tenido esta linda experiencia y esperamos poder volver a Montebello algún día!"

"We loved staying at the bungalow! For the price paid it was a great value. The property was beautiful and clean and it was an added value to have an on-site person there to ask questions to. The best part was the walk to the beach was about 5 minutes."
