"Our stay was overall very good, the food, staff and atmosphere were all excellent. The room was kept clean and the beds were comfortable. My only concerns were that when we arrived the power was out across the facility for hours. I was surprised that the property did not have a generator. "We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay!! Dennis at the front desk was very helpful & accommodating when we asked to extend our stay! We loved the location! It was so convenient to walk to Playa Venao but far enough away to have quiet evenings. We enjoyed the pool too!! The view with the island right across from the beach was amazing! The staff provided excellent service. We look forward to returning soon!"

"The hotel and staff are fantastic and we had a wonderful time. But I am unhappy with the $1000 deposit required at check in. First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to run it again for another $1000 before they could refund the original $1000. None of this made any sense to me and I was left with two $1000 receipts and only one showing a refund of $1000. I don't...
