"Me pareció demasiado caro para lo que era la habitación. Tuvimos un accidente con una mesa de vidrio en el cuarto, el gerente y el resto del personal fueron excelentes en su servicio y como hicieron que el resto de nuestra estadía estuviera muy bien. Pero pienso que los escritorios que usan en sus habitaciones no son seguras, mi esposo se lastimó y cortó su mano cuando el escritorio se cayó y rompió en un montón de pedacitos. Vuelvo y repito que el personal fue excelente pero deberían de sacar...

"I actually stayed at Hualta hotel (Hualta, Huentala and Sheraton are three hotels within the same complex) and my experience was a great one 🙂. The hotel is very new and has a lot of artwork and open spaces. It also has an in-house winery - the first and only city hotel to have this in the whole of the Americas (I was later told the world) and this made the stay even more unique plus I was in Mendoza, an area famous for its wines! "Good location. The reception staff were great. A unique experience having a winery in the hotel! Unlimited sampling of their wines with certain conditions . Updated rooms and very comfortable beds. The on site restaurant was amazing for lunch and dinner.The breakfast was good. Outdoor pool was a hidden gem, about 4’ deep so perfect for aqua aerobics. The casino is next door. Didn’t go, so don’t know about it."

"Hotel bem localizado, com café da manhã muito bom. O hotel não tem estacionamento próprio, mas disponibiliza um local perto para guardar o veículo. O problema é que você precisa pegar a chave do portão na recepção, para entrar na garagem e deixar o veículo. O custo por dia do estacionamento é 11.000 pesos argentinos. No nosso quarto o banheiro não cheirava bem, mesmo estando no 15 andar. "

"Small but very comfortable hotel in central Mendoza. The room we were allocated had faulty Aircon which is not good in 38 Deg C conditions. After raising this with reception were were moved to a suite with excellent Aircon. "

"Chozos is a beautiful property with great amenities. The front desk set up transport for our group to and from local wineries as well as the airport. They were helpful and kind. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were fantastic and the waiters were very friendly. We loved our stay and wish we could have been there longer!"
