"Our stay at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every restaurant on the property delivered delicious food—yes, even the buffet! The Italian and Mexican restaurants especially stood out, serving us some of the best dishes we’ve ever had. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the incredible service. Josue from the cabanas went above and beyond—his attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine care made us feel truly pampered. Our personal agent, Daniel, was another standout. He was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable—planning our trip with him was a joy, and we felt so well taken care of during our first time in Costa Rica. On our final night, we had an unforgettable dinner at the Sunset restaurant thanks to Jonathan. He created a personalized and delicious dining experience and was so personable, kind, and attentive. His service was the perfect way to end our trip. We also want to shout out Steven, Sofia, and Cristian at Sunset—each of them was so warm and helpful, adding to the incredible experience. We have to mention though, every single staff member we came in contact with was friendly, kind, funny and helpful. We had the best time during our first visit to Costa Rica and would recommend Planet Hollywood to all of our friends and family. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"We loved staying here! The view to the beach was so beautiful and so easy to get to. The resort itself offered all the things. Main dining room was great and the staff was soooo nice! My husband hurt his foot pretty bad in the ocean and the staff let us borrow the crutches they had and told us where a pharmacy to get other supplies we needed. The only hard part was staying on the ocean front view room at night - the ocean was sooo loud and would wake us up every night due to the big waves crashing. We even use white noise and still got woken up. Other then that we loved our stay and would stay there again!!"

"The place is super well kept. The staff is amazing always friendly. Food was perfect. The rooms did have a distinct sewer type smell I did change rooms and the second room was not as bad but still was there it comes from the toilet I’m sure. The roads to get there are awful get ready for that drive. Everything is far rent a car. "
