"All excellent except when validating parking on arrival the machine is under cover before the hotel entrance however this area correctly is signed no smoking but people were smoking. I asked them to move which they did eventually but it is disgusting trying to input details whilst being poisoned but cigarette smoke. Shame staff cannot use CCTV to enforce this"

"We arrived in the dark after a trip to Rosemoor Glow and there was very little signposting that we could see to reception and then to our room when we eventually hit checked in. "I have stayed here a few times as it is convenient for visiting family and friends. However there is no sound proofing and I experienced another sleepless night due to guests next door warching TV, talking and laughing until 1.30am. One of them also snored! I was then awoken at 5.50 by them. This has happened before I am by no means a light sleeper. Noisy plumbing is another issue. "
