"We had a lovely few days staying in Barn Cottage. Nathan made us feel really welcome and provided us with all the info we needed. The cottage is gorgeous and has everything in it - from an arcade game machine to a popcorn maker. We loved it. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfy."

"We had a lovely stay here, was perfect with the playground on the doorstep and the summer house. My daughter loved it! The pool was perfect too and was a good way to spend the afternoon. Next to our lodge is a field perfect for catching the last hour on golden sunrays. Our host was very friendly and helpful, we certainly hope to come again in the future!"

"The property fulfilled all our needs. It was comfy and quiet. Unfortunately on the last night our car, with French registration, was scraped all along the side. Clearly, parking in a public square makes one more vulnerable to such incidents. In every other way the cottage was beautifully positioned close to the church, and not far from the pub and village shop. Although we had cold, grey weather, we enjoyed ourselves very much."

"Our family has a reunion of 13 people and we all had a wonderful time staying at the priory. It is so spacious and comfortable - almost all the rooms are en suite, there are big rooms for all to gather to eat or play games or socialize, as well as spaces for folks to have quiet time. Is a peace of heaven on earth, and all the family members are kind , the house is clean , and have everything you need for sleep and stay, the only thing I missed is maybe a basics , like a little oil bottle, coffe, for example. "The cottage is located very near to the center of the village, which has everything you need for a long stay. The kitchen is well appointed but we did have problems with the overly sensitive smoke detector. Communication with Lisa was excellent. She responded immediately to any questions we had. The place is best suited for people who plan to spend most of their time outdoors walking and exploring, since it doesn’t have an outdoor patio or yard. Chagford is a very special place with lots to do...
