"Fantastic place to stay"

"We've enjoyed the 9 1/2 foot pool for almost 40 years, with children and Grands! They do need to upgrade, but that would certainly increase the price, which is a huge attraction! The free breakfast is always a draw. The attached restaurant, The Tangy Crab, is outstanding! The employees were courteous and knowledgeable. "

"The initial desk clerk gave me inaccurate info about whether the hotel had onsite washer/dryer for public use. Upon speaking to the knowledgeable desk clerk over nights, I was given proper info and I was able to utilize the washer/dryer. The rooms were nice, clean and updated with modern conveniences. I was very pleased with my stay. I only wished I hadn’t made the mistake of adding an additional nights stay, only because I ended up making it for the older & not so convenient location of Red Roof Inn E Lansing, instead of Okemos location. "

"Room was not ready when I checked in but the woman at the front counter was very apologetic about that. I understood and was told my room would be ready in an hour. That wasn't a big deal. Room was fairly clean. I had my two dogs with me and they found a couple of things probably underneath the bed but they aredogs and they snoop! The bed was comfortable The room was spacious. The area I felt safe in. Parking lot was well lit. Check out was easy. "
