This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Water wasn’t working when we checked in and I was never offered anything for the inconvenience. Men on the property that made me and my kids feel very unsafe. Walls and flooring was dirty and paint chipped everywhere

The rooms are clean but the property has peeling wallpaper, broken tiles, and there was a spill that wasn’t cleaned up in the stairwell for the two days I was there. Some basic maintenance is needed.

I stayed in this hotel for the 2nd time only because a function was booked there. I will never stay again. The 2nd time was even worse than the first. Like last time the hallways were freezing…I have never been to any hotel where the hallways/elevators were freezing. So much so that they had small heater in the hallway near our room. Others said they had same thing. I’m pretty sure this is a fire hazard. We had a poolside room and in the morning I took a peek. From my room you could see the pool had mold on the sides. Just to make sure I went down to the pool and my eyes had not been wrong. The entire pool on the sides and on the entry steps had mold. Sad thing is people were swimming in the nasty pool. The hot tub was not working and look dilapidated. Our room was not very clean. The floors needed vaccuming, bathroom floor had crap behind door and the door, both inside and outside, had white on the brown wooden doors. I took a towel and wiped it down so clearly housekeeping not doing their job. One bed had a melted spot on the comforter and another bed had a nasty stain along the edge. The TV was probably pretty old as the picture was grainy. Curtains were not even all on hooks and ceilings did not look very good. The hallways were nasty, including walls ceiling tiles, elevator. The elevator had missing pieces and the stainless steel where the buttons are had something spilled and was there for more than one day. There is more but I’m out of characters for review.

I chose this hotel for the price, but I did not expect it to be this bad. I invited friends from town to join me for a swim. I was embarrassed. The pool was moldy and the water not circulating. Hot tub not working for months they said. There was a large overflowing ashtray by the side exit. It rained overnight and we had to walk through a "nicotine lake" with butts floating around, to get to our car. Thank goodness Horrock's is across the street to brighten up my stay.

Not to be mean but the hotel is in bad shape, the staff seems unmotivated, the hotel reeks of marihuana, the breakfast is disorganized and cramped. I honestly, think it needs a big financial investment to function properly. The hotel rate I paid was $150 a night. That’s outrageous considering that I didn’t sleep at all, the bad smell and the lack of hygiene displayed in every room and hallway.

Room was nice and clean. The rest of the hotel needs updating. Courtyard looked like a garbage dump. Hot tub not working. Old stained carpet in hotel hallways. Breakfast was typical. Had variety. Game room, exercise room, ball rooms, pool, etc. Diamond in the rough. Just needs some updating.
