"This was a well maintained cottage with a lovely little courtyard. Location could not be any better for steep hill side of Lincoln so ynless you want to go to rhe modern side you dont have climb hill. Parking was so easy right outside door. Will definitely be returning to this cottage. Only downside was we couldnt get heating working properly for some reason it cane on at 2am so turned bedroom radiator off"

Preliminary walk around and checks found there was no fire alarms, fire blanket and no Welcome pack or inventory list of what to expect or where to go for emergency planning. "Beautiful cottage in a great village location on the outskirts of Lincoln. The cottage is very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The only negative being the busy road to the front of the property. This is only a minor negative which wouldn't prevent us from staying here again. Franny the host couldn't be faulted for the service she provided."

"The pictures do not do the cottage enough justice. Joanna and Glen can not do enough for you. We turned up with our dog which was missed of the booking. Which wasn’t a problem and they went to fetch blankets and goodies for the dog. They have a folder full of information and are there if you need them for anything else "

"The cottage looks lovely from the outside and even better once you get inside. the owners have clearly taken a lot of time and effort to provide everything you need for your stay. "Good property with off road parking for two cars. Nice touch that there was a welcome hamper with a few useful food items. As we were playing golf every day our main requirement was that the beds were comfortable, and they were. The WiFi was good, and the lounge comfortable. The local pub in walking distance serves good food and drinks. We hope to be back next time we are playing at Woodhall Spa."

"Outstanding! One of the best equipped places I’ve stayed in. Located right in the centre with easy access to restaurants and shops. It’s a few minutes walk from Tesco and car parks are a few minutes walk away. House has no parking but it’s free between 6pm to 8pm and the first hour is free between those hours. House is lovely and over three stories and I will definitely use it again. "
