"Hotel was very nice staff polite down side of my stay was you have to pay £10 for parking and another £15 each to use the spa downstairs "

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone by one simple and important fact about how dirty the toilet was very dirty, had to go shop and buy bleach to clean it before using or allowing my kids to use it, as I was cleaning the toilet there was food pieces ( looked like vomit ) it was just bad for a hotel standard. Staff was really welcoming and friendly loved that. "

"Lovely stay in Dorset Suite with 4 poster bed. Big and comfortable, but floor dips and is very creaky. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was great but bathroom a bit worn. Breakfast great and hotel receptionist was lovely. Just be aware that music may go on until 4am. "

"Love this place great value for the price you get to use the gym and pool sauna steam And jacuzzi room is quiet and parking is right outside so it’s very convenient. "
