"Stay was amazing, but being 155kg the toilets were so dreadful. All the toilets are built into the wall. Def cannot hold a plus size person. What happened to toilet on the floor"

"I will start with critisms. Hair on both beds, shower floor also had hair. I dont mean a full wig but one or two on each bed & shower. Pillows too soft. Not my preference. Rest of room was adequate & comfortable, clean. Staff were very helpful & made everything simple. Recommended breakfast. I would definitely stay again"

"Great stay at the hotel and rooms are lovely and big with great views if you have a twin balcony view. Great pool and spa and hotel bar. Reception staff were friendly and gave out a useful info sheet when you check in which was everything you need to know. Car parking is convenient next to hotel too. The big standout for me was the breakfast. Worth adding to the reservation. The manager who had blonde hair and was the f&B manager greeted us explained how everything worked and seated us it’s these little things that make a huge difference. The staff at breakfast had such a good flow, not a dirty table in sight and they were constantly checking in on the tables. Kian Cross the breakfast server also just as personable but he had a special sparkle with the guests and was so lovely to us recommending plenty of local places. He wasn’t over casual and was very professional and I think he was completely wasted in his current position. Both had very good energy and were special members of staff that many hotels are missing. Swimming pool also was such a highlight and they have family hours as well as adults only which pleases everyone. Only thing we didn’t like was the groups of non hotel guests in the hotel bar at night. Was slightly intimidating "

"My daughter and me booked to stay here, Staff were friendly and helpful, tom kindly took our luggage upstairs on arrival, room was available as soon as we arrived, lovely fresh clean room, with sea view which was great, location was great for the beach & town, chef kyle was very accomadating, and made me a lovely salad off menu so i could keep up with my dietry needs, would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone staying here, breakfast was continental which was lovely fresh fruit cereals today & pastries, seating area outside as well to enjoy the sea view, also bar was open later than there usual time to accommodate guests lovely stay here and look forward to staying again, wish we had stayed longer here."
