"Right inside of the door is a sign indicating that quiet hours start at 6AM. If that was noted when we book this place, I missed that info. This property adds a cleaning fee but it wasn’t that clean. Long hairs on the floor greeted us when we opened the door. Next was short hairs on the baseboards. Garbage in the kitchen can and grease on the stovetop. It was cold (the windows were open) but the thermostat wasn’t working so the owner came down to discover the batteries were dead. "The cozy Laneway house was much better than the pictures. It felt open and private. Everything was clean and new. It was an easy check in and the owner left cookies, milk, fruit, etc. Even the neighbors were friendly with a gorgeous garden right outside our door. We will definitely stay there again when in Vancouver!"

"This was my first time staying anywhere other than a hotel so I was a bit nervous. I loved that we each had our own bedrooms with plenty of room to put our clothes. Having a kitchen meant eating out a lot less and we were able to enjoy the food we normally eat! Kitchen utensils were a bit lacking but I left some there for the next guests. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed for two nights at the property, which is equipped with kitchenettes and toiletries. It is located in a quiet area and is very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. However, the owner lives upstairs, which can sometimes be noisy. They also need to provide clearer instructions on how to access the property, as it is located behind the main home. Overall, I would book this property again due to its price, tranquility, and spaciousness."

"We had a good stay and it was close to everything we needed. The place was as advertised. It was nice to have 2 bedrooms but the futon was not comfortable at all for 11 nights nor sitting to watch TV and we had to buy a blow up mattress instead as we were 3 adults who did not want to share the 2 double beds. There was bedding to accommodate the futon. Place had most of what was needed but dishcloths and drying cloths would have been nice for washing dishes. "
