"Nice hotel overlooking the lake. Good price and wonderful location. Very nice breakfast. The only downside is there’s no air conditioner so it’s a bit hot in warm weather but when the balcony is open, then it’s okay at night. Would stay here again."

"老闆不太會德文，態度冷淡。房間在閣樓，正好碰到下雨，卻無法開暖氣，非常冷，浴室昏暗，沒有提供網路上照片有的洗衣機，讓我們無法如預期的清洗衣物。以下不確定是哪ㄧ方的問題，但處理過程及結果都令人不滿意。在我們入住當天早上收到hotel.com電子郵件，說民宿因爲「臨時整修」無法入住，我們可以找附近相同或更高價位的住宿，但當我們聯繫hotel.com客服時，表示民宿沒有取消我們的住宿，依照規定，如果我們沒有入住，就不能退款，經多次聯繫到了民宿主人，用我有限的德文詢問，民宿主人ㄧ下說沒有收到我們的預約，ㄧ下說有但只有第一天，因爲時間已經晚了，老闆在我們到的時後留了字條說明可以自費早餐和以不同方式付費，我們就先住下，度過一個在地人和環境都很冷的夜晚，但因為我們以透過信用卡付款了，這部分老闆電話中不知是聽不懂還是不相信，我們寫了不下五封的信給hotel.com,得到的回應不是email...

"Eine sehr schöne ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super lecker und abwechslungsreich mit einer schönen Aussicht dazu. Alles sehr sauber 👍. Preis Leistung stimmt . Wir würden gerne wieder kommen . Danke für die schöne Zeit. "
