The staff were incredibly nice, I was suffering from horrible jet lag/lack of sleep and they allowed me to sleep in. They even opened up the sauna at 2am to help relax me for bed. "Austria Trend Hotel Europa Graz is a nice hotel. The bed was comfortable with soft pillows. We were happy that each of us has two pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food and fruits. Staying in the hotel was a pleasant experience."
