"This apartment has the perfect location, on the beach, with a pool with a couple of restaurants and bars very close too. A 15 minute walk gets you to more restaurants and a boulangerie. The apartment would benefit from a decorating freshen up and some improved equipment eg an unbroken chopping board and some scissors. The walls between apartments are thin so earplugs recommended. "The apartment was terrific. It was very clean; the appliances and amenities were up to date. The location was perfect. It looks over the main square which I thought might be noisy at night but the bedrooms are in the back and perfectly quiet. "Le propriétaire est très correct. Très disponible. Il manque à Abritel de donner plus de précisions sur la location à savoir sur le nombre de couchage. Il est destiné à un couple avec un petit enfant, et non pour 4 adultes. La localisation est très bien . Il manque un peu de confort et surtout le wifi. De toute façon façon le propriétaire est très compréhensible et tout à fait prêt à donner plus en confort. Cuisine et salle d'eau sont bien équipées. Aucun regret pour ce séjour à Concarneau....
