"An extremely comfortable and well equipped apartment. Thÿs and Diana were very welcoming and informative about the local area and provided a generous welcome pack of refreshments after the long drive to Falmouth. Hugely appreciated. Buzzard's Rest was peaceful but also conveniently close to the town centre and Falmouth's beaches, either by car or by foot (15 minute walk). Hope to visit again."

"We stayed in Penzance for 3 nights during half term. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed. Alec was on hand via text and always very helpful. The apartment was a great little bolt hole to explore the area. The was off street parking was a bonus. We managed to cover lots of sights despite our short stay. Thank you! "

Great location for pottering around Newlyn, Mousehole and Penzance and easy to drive to other locations. Local car park was £20 for the week and a 10 min walk from the property (but can drop stuff off first before parking). Great trip and would recommend to others. "Comfortable, clean, fully equip apartment with fabulous views over the beach below and panoramic sea views. Whilst the 2nd floor location is hard on the knees after a day walking, the fact you don't need to close any blinds mean you get the stars and the sun rise whilst lying in bed! Coverack Paris Hotel/pub is just 10 mins away, uphill on the way back to burn off dinner or a couple of beers. Beware the f&c shop is not reliable which in turn puts pressure on the Pub for evening dinner so you...

"The Sunrise Apartment PZ was clean, spacious, modern, and had the most incredible ocean views. Because we did not have a car, we also greatly appreciated its location, just a 5 minute walk from the Penzance train/bus stations and a few blocks from local grocery stores. Communication with the host was excellent and he returned emails very quickly.
