"I was really sceptical at first because when we arrived the pub was really noisy but we had been told the venue was lively. I went to use the toilet in the bar while waiting for the key to our room and none of the hot taps worked in the ladies. We also had to wait about 10 minutes to get a key from the busy bar staff. However, the room was clean, the bed really comfortable and the bathroom was nice with lovely towels. The hotel was in a good location for what we needed and a lovely receptionist...

"So glad we came across this little gem, the only place I've ever stayed that had no faults. It's comfortable, clean with a fabulous pub and restaurant. The staff are amazing! 10/10 rating does not seem enough! "

"The electric wall heater had stopped working, my room therefore was very cold on arrival. After asking reception about it I was given a small plug in panel heater which gave off a little heat, unfortunately with bei g in the end loft room it did not warm up sufficiently"
