"The apartment we staying in was lovely , comfortable, warm , clean. There was damage to the floor outside of the bathroom so the bathroom door could not close. This was conveyed to us on the day of checkin and we were offered an alternative apartment where the dates didn’t quite match up or 10% discount. Which was fair enough. I emailed back and received a reply the next day. In my opinion this was not soon enough. If I had asked for a different apartment I would have been stuck as we arrived...

"Poland is notorious for parking challenges, so expect that. Finding the place & getting in is a little tough, despite the information provided. Maybe there's too much or it needs to be better presented? Some consultation with guests/other language speakers maybe to make the considerable access info easier to absorb & to follow the lengthy instructions. But once you've done it once, it's OK. It is compact though & right in the heart of the noise in Krakow. That said, once you're inside it's fine....

"Nice place! Looked little dodgy at first, but everything was as advertised! Coffee shops and restaurants steps away, ten minute walk straight up the street to Old Town! Be prepared for 82 steps as no lift, but great experience! Definitely recommend!"

"Amazing apartment just a stone throw away from the main square. Perfect spot to be right in the centre of where all the bars and restaurants are. We walked everywhere from here and was perfect for us. There’s not a lift so there’s a lot of steps to get up to the apartment but that’s just a minor when the apartment itself was so perfect. We were lucky enough to have had a balcony so had a lovely view of the top of the rynek glowny."
